Our team

John Guglielmi, Partner

John Guglielmi brings over two decades of military and business leadership to Bridge Command, blending engineering precision with mission-focused strategy.


A former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, John held high-responsibility roles including Chief Engineer aboard the USS Platte and Tomahawk Strike Planner for U.S. Naval Forces Central Command. His service reflects the discipline, technical skill, and operational excellence that continue to define his work in the private sector.

In his civilian career, John has led large-scale telecom and infrastructure teams at AT&T, Comcast, and as president of JD Guglielmi Consultants.


His accomplishments span nationwide wireless deployments, virtualized telco cloud design, and program management of complex, multimillion-dollar tech initiatives.


With deep expertise in procurement, vendor management, software infrastructure, and systems integration, John delivers tactical insight and real-world execution that help companies scale with confidence and resilience.

William Sherer, Partner

William Sherer is a seasoned financial strategist and former U.S. Navy officer with over 15 years of experience leading multi-billion-dollar operations across the Department of Defense.


As a three-time Chief Financial Officer within the U.S. Navy—including roles at the Naval Research Laboratory and Naval Forces Europe—William has delivered results on every front: optimizing budgets, leading SAP transformations, strengthening audit readiness, and driving fiscal strategy across global operations.

William specializes in financial systems modernization, compliance, internal controls, and decision support. He has led teams of up to 58 finance professionals and executed complex initiatives involving international agreements, large-scale data migrations, and operational cost efficiencies.


A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with advanced coursework in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, William brings a rare blend of military discipline and corporate-level financial insight to every engagement.

Michael Korman, Partner

Michael “Mick” Korman is a highly accomplished Marine Corps veteran and strategic advisor with decades of leadership experience across the military, federal agencies, academia, and the private sector.


Currently serving as Branch Chief and Program Manager for Homeland Defense and Emergency Management at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Mick oversees complex contingency planning and civil support operations spanning the Indo-Pacific region.


His prior roles include FEMA’s liaison to INDOPACOM and leadership at the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance, where he coordinated disaster response initiatives across international and interagency stakeholders.

A retired Marine Corps Colonel and helicopter aircraft commander, Mick brings unmatched expertise in crisis response, contingency planning, program management, and joint civil-military operations. In the private sector, he has led government and commercial contracts as a management consultant and business executive.


In parallel, he’s taught over 100 college courses on subjects including leadership, strategic planning, and change management.


Mick holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke, MBAs from the University of San Diego and Central Michigan University, and advanced training in homeland security, emergency management, and project leadership.

Jeremy Konko, Partner

Jeremy Konko is a Navy veteran and serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience launching, scaling, and advising companies at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.


A former Surface Warfare Officer and Naval ROTC scholar at Duke University, Jeremy brings disciplined execution and a mission-first mindset to every venture he leads. His business background spans SaaS, mobile tech, restaurant systems, and civic innovation—with a proven track record of building companies from the ground up and guiding them through acquisition.

Jeremy has co-founded multiple ventures including HiddenMind Technologies and QTAGS, and currently leads mojoPOS, a point-of-sale and ordering platform tailored for fast casual restaurants.


His expertise includes product development, operational leadership, branding, and go-to-market strategy, especially for businesses in startup and growth stages.


Jeremy is also an active board member and strategic advisor to nonprofit organizations focused on community impact, youth development, and civic engagement. At Bridge Command, he brings a unique blend of veteran leadership and entrepreneurial vision to help founders and business owners scale with clarity and confidence.
